Return Policy

  1. Request Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Non-returnable items: Please note, clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty.
  4. Faulty Items: If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

Return Fees

  1. Original Shipping Cost: If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
  2. Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email.
